3. Delivery and Payment

Prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.

Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Liability and Warranties

Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect damages.

Products are intended for professional use. We do not provide warranties for applications outside the professional hospitality industry, such as for recipes for children, religious food, medicine, or dietary advice.

5. Disputes and Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the location of SpecerijenGroothandel.
